Paladin Group recognized in Salesforce Partner Innovation Awards

San Francisco, Calif., Monday, November 18, 2019 – Paladin Group, a Salesforce Consulting Partner, announced that it has helped a leading health system create a collaborative digital employee profile/matching platform to leverage internal employee resources for projects.

For this innovative work, Paladin Group has been named a recipient of the Salesforce Partner Innovation Award in Platform solutions. The award was presented at Dreamforce 2019.  Paladin Group is a Silver Salesforce Consulting partner focused on Employee, Customer and Partner experiences.

Paladin’s client recognized their employees have skills, talents and ambitions beyond their current roles that could benefit internal projects and promote their dynamic career development culture. With Paladin’s guidance the client created a matching platform to publish projects with specific talent needs and enable employees to share their skills across their business groups. 

The employee matching solution leverages Salesforce Community Cloud and Platform to engage employees with recommended projects and the ability to create an “LinkedIn” like profile including skills, experience and endorsements. ​ The impact has been a reduction in external consulting costs and improvements in employee retention and career development.
