Our Story

Founded in 2012 as a consulting firm to help enterprise organizations build collaborative communities for their employees, customers, and partners, Paladin Group has grown to employ developers, consultants, and a sales team all equipped with expertise on the leading cloud collaboration platforms. Now we design, build, and migrate internal and external communities for companies of all sizes with special expertise in Salesforce, as well as Coveo, Box, and Jive.

Alan Lewis, CEO

Alan has over 20 years of IT consulting and software development experience, and joined Paladin Group (formerly JCS Consulting) as the VP of Client Engagement. He is an enterprise collaboration thought leader due to his experience in client services, consulting, and project management.

Carlo Saggese, President & CTO

Carlo has over 25 years of IT experience and has led numerous large global IT organizations. He is a thought leader in enterprise architecture and cloud computing, and is well known within the enterprise collaboration and CRM communities.
